- Database – a resource of Data relating to a specific group of economic entities;
- Data– information available in the Website’s resources regarding economic entities, originating from Information Sources;
- Database File – a computer file with a specific content and format, containing Single Records from a created Statement;
- Single Record – part of the Database containing Data of a single entity;
- Owned Record – a Single Record present in at least one of the created Statements;
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions;
- Website – the website available at businessconnectads.com its software and databases;
- Services – all services offered on the Website;
- User – a User making use of the Website;
- Statement – a collection of Single Records selected based on the criteria defined by the Registered User from a previously created Database;
- Information Sources – all sources of information the Website Administrator uses to compile their own data set; in particular:
- National Business Registry Number (REGON), maintained by the Central Statistical Office,
- Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology,
- National Court Register (NCR), maintained by the Ministry of Justice,
- Court and Economic Monitor, published by the Ministry of Justice,
- other registers and records maintained by state authorities,
- official websites of economic entities,
- search engine results,
- publicly available address directories,
- social media platforms.
§ 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The present terms and conditions define the conditions and principles of operation and use of the services of the businessconnectads.com, website, including, in particular, the rights and obligations of the Website Users and the Administrator. The provisions of the Website constitute the exclusive basis for the above rights and obligations, excluding circumstances regulated by mandatory legal provisions.

§ 3. INFORMATION SERVICES
- The objective of the Administrator’s activities is to manage the Website containing data of the following entities:
- subject to registration in the National Court Register,
- subject to registration in the National Business Registry Number (REGON), maintained by the Central Statistical Office,
- subject to disclosure in the Court and Economic Monitor,
- subject to registration in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), maintained by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology,
- subject to registration in other registers and records maintained by state authorities,
- whose data can be accessed through search engines,
- whose data can be obtained from publicly available information directories,
- whose data has been obtained through websites.
- Within the Website managed by the Administrator, only public and generally accessible data is collected. The search engine provided on the Website allows Users to access information about companies, associations, unions (employers, professional, sports), cooperatives, societies, guilds, chambers of crafts, and public benefit organizations.
- The Website, hosted at businessconnectads.com contains an index of entities available according to the following criteria: region, NCR number, National Business Registry Number (REGON) and TIP (NIP), name, and legal form.
- The Website provides free information about entities registered in the National Court Register under the Act of August 20, 1997, on the National Court Register (i.e., Journal of Laws from 2023, No. 685).
- The Website provides free information about entities registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG) maintained under the Act of March 6, 2018, on the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity and the Entrepreneur Information Point (i.e., Journal of Laws from 2022, No. 541).
- The Administrator reserves that the data of entities listed on the Website businessconnectads.com is up-to-date as of the date indicated as the update date for individual entities, and the User of businessconnectads.com uses the data at their own risk.
§ 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The Website, as part of the provided services, allows Users to:
- Check the contents of Databases,
- View statistical information regarding the content of the Website’s resources.

- All services provided are free of charge unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.
- The User may use data contained in the downloaded Database Files for any purposes that do not violate applicable law, excluding their further resale or sharing with third parties.
- The Website and its components, especially software, and databases, are protected by Polish law regulations, namely under the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws from 2022, No. 2509), the Act of July 27, 2001, on the protection of databases (Journal of Laws from 2021, No. 386), and under the provisions of international conventions, with all resulting consequences.
- To use the Website’s Services, it is necessary to have a web browser with enabled “cookies” support, HTML version 4.0 or higher, JavaScript version 1.5 or higher, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) version 2.1 or higher.

- The Website Administrator reserves that the transparency of business registers consists of formal transparency, as defined in art. 10 sec. 1 of the Act on the National Court Register (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, No. 685), meaning that everyone has the right to access the data contained in the NCR (National Court Register) business register as well as in the Court and Economic Monitor.
- The Website Administrator also reserves that in accordance with art. 4 sec. 2 of the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright and related rights (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, No. 2509), the protection provided by the aforementioned act does not cover official documents and materials, including the National Court Register and the Court and Economic Monitor. However, the Website Administrator reserves the right to correct obvious errors (e.g., typos) in the collected data set or change the manner of stored information to enhance the services’ quality.
- The Website Administrator will not amend information in the Databases upon the request of an interested party unless the individual demonstrates that the information in the Databases differs from the data available in the Information Sources utilized by the Website Administrator.
- The Website Administrator makes efforts to ensure that the Data is up-to-date.

- The Administrator reserves the right to leave complaints unaddressed if they arise from unfamiliarity with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the regulations of applicable law.
